Job Description as below-
Position :- Oracle HRMS Techno- Functional Consultant
Job Location :- Pune.
Experience :- 3 - 8 Years
Objective:
As part of this Oracle team, the Developer will be expected to bring their passion, expertise, energies and ideas in creating beautiful, industry-changing solutions. We move fast and you will be expected to do so as well.
Responsibilities:
Skills:
80% Technical, 20% Functional
In depth experience of HRMS functionality in Oracle for two or more of the following modules :- Benefits, Performance Management, Learning Management, I-recruitment and Payroll. Should be able to make recommendations for business process improvements; configuration, setup, and support of the applications for the above modules. The scope of these responsibilities includes all implementations, upgrades to the applications, and general support to the business. Excellent oral/ written communication skills are required, Client facing.
Mandatory Skills:
1. Oracle HRMS Techno-functional for Benefits, PM, OLM, I-rec, SSHR, Payroll
2. Knowledge of SQL and PL-SQL
3. Personalization, PM Setups and processing cycles, OLM setups and processing, I-rec setups and I-rec cycle.
4. AME, workflow knowledge.
5. Problem solving and analytical skills
6. Reporting skills developing XML reports
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Research and resolve issues reported by the company global HRMS & end user base.
2. Design new enhancements, developing and testing the enhancements designed, triaging production system issues.
3. Prepare impact analysis and detail Technical analysis of the most critical, High Priority tickets.
4. Work with functional teams on detail-level analysis of functionality; aiding in problem-solving of seeded functionality.
5. Co-ordinate with the Offshore and Onsite Production Support Team as well regarding the fixes done. Provide strong support to the client teams.
6. Gather any new requirements from the user (Customer) and create New Change Requests.
7. Responsible to perform system verification and support application after database patching activities.
8. Creating and working on Change Requests if any issue occurs in production and that needs a Code fix / Break fix.
9. Mentor less experienced members of the application support team
