Level: Oracle Apps Project Manager
Job Location: Mumbai
Exp Level: 7-12 yrs
Reporting to: Project Director
Role Description:
Candidate must have overall 7 to 12 years of relevant functional OR Techno-Functional experience handling Oracle Applications R12 Implementation, Upgrade or Support & Enhancement projects.
In depth functional knowledge and expertise in wide spectrum in any one of ERP modules including Oracle Financials - GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, Oracle SCM - INV, OM, PO, Sourcing, i-Procurement.
Candidate must have excellent project management experience in term of handling project schedules, co-ordination and expectations with key business stakeholders and users, provide an end to end project management services and drive project performance with consistent quality and predictable results.
Must have good written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Must have excellent knowledge of Oracle Apps standard business processes and strong functional experience in either/most of listed product suites.
Must have done full life cycle implementations with exposure to implementation methodology.
Must have excellent technical development experience on technology components
Must have knowledge of Implementation methodology (AIM) and experience in documenting deliverables.
Should have ability to work with team and effectively mentor/groom the team.

Level: Sr. Oracle Apps R12 Finance Functional Consultant Lead OR Techno-Functional Lead
Job Location: Mumbai
Exp Level: 6-9 years
Employment Type: Permanent / Fulltime
Type of Project: - R12 Implementation Projects.
Role Description:
Candidate must have total 6 to 8 years of experience with Implementations/Support/Enhancement experience in Oracle Financials R12 related modules.
Should have excellent communication skill & ability to work with diverse business groups.
Must have Strong functional knowledge of Standard business process flows in Oracle Financials suite (GL, AR, AP, FA & CM) and related modules.
Excellent knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite Implementation methodology (AIM) and experience in documenting deliverables (Requirement Gathering, GAPS, Functional Solution, Test Plan etc)
Should be capable to independently execute CRPs, UATs, understanding Business Requirements and writing Test Scenarios/scripts.
Level: Sr. Oracle Apps R12 SCM Functional Consultant / Techno-Functional Lead
Job Location: Mumbai
Exp Level: 6-9 years
Employment Type: Permanent / Fulltime.
Type of Project: - New R12 Implementation Project.
Job Description:
Must have Strong functional knowledge of Standard business process flows in Oracle SCM R12 suite (PO, INV, OM, iProcurement). (Any 3 Modules)
Proven experience in Oracle Applications, handling Implementation, Support Projects.
Experience with R12 implementations, and knowledge in Procurement flows with India Localization contexts will be highly preferred.
Candidate must have atleast one or two end-to-end R12 implementations in Oracle Projects suite R12 Version.
Good in Client Interfacing, Scoping, Planning, Functional analysis, Requirement & Gap analysis, Mapping, Solution Designing ,Functional Testing.
Experience in Implementations, Customizations, Support for Oracle Apps.
Should have excellent communication skill & client handling capability
