One of our major client is looking for ADF Application Support Lead with 5-7 years of experience for MOHALI Location.
JD:
Skills & Experience Required:
· A minimum of 5 years previous experience developing and supporting applications in ADF technology
· 3+ years of effectively leading a Tier 2 or Tier 3 support team, and providing leadership when called upon to resolve issues
· 3 +years of experience with debugging application solutions, with a strong familiarity with Java, Swings and PL/SQL
· Minimum of 1year experience performing quality assurance testing on production applications
· Knowledge in J2EE, JSF, Oracle JDeveloper 11g, SOAP-based web services
· Experience with declarative ADF development (creation, configuration, and tuning of entity objects, view objects, application modules, task flows, libraries, etc.)
· Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills
· Work with Oracle Technical support on SR resolution
· Understanding of software development methodologies, development processes, change management, and deployment procedures
· Available to provide 24 x 7 production support via on call rotation afterhours and weekends.
· Effectively interface with customers at all levels {IT and Exec Level Mgmt etc.)
· Proven history coordinating with multiple IT groups, setting priorities across a team of external vendors and co-workers to resolve application incidents.
· Possess the ability to grasp Business functionality along with technical implementation.
· Document incidents, resolve or escalate tickets accordingly
· Establish information systems Support standards and best practices for high availability and scalability environments.
· Should be able to effectively and clearly communicate with Business users.
· Develop training material and application documentation as required.
· Knowledge of IT Service Management tools.
