Commercial Executives/ Zonal Managers/Account Managers. (b) Preparation of Monthly Cash outflow details and plan for the funds and weekly vender payments (c) Initiate the fund between bank accounts as per requirements. System Approvals and Process : (a) Order approval in Oracle, (b) DN/CN approval in Oracle, (c) Price plan change approvals (d) Vender invoice approvals for Expenses before raising the PO in system. (e) New Vender code creation approval Statutory payments and returns : (a) Verify the final data for TDS/Sales tax/PF/PT/ESI/Service tax before making the monthly payments and ensure that there is no discrepancy with respect to books and statutory requirements and make the payment on or before due date. (b) Verify and ensure that the Monthly/Quarterly/Half yearly/ Annual Returns / Audit has been. completed and ensure the. compliance of the same. Monthly book closure and MIS : Review the monthly accounts GL wise and ensure that all the provisions etc has been made in the books with respect to Expenses and Revenues and prepare the schedules of the Balance Sheet and PL items and close the books by 4 th of every month and prepare the MIS reports, including the Balance Sheet, PL, Cash flow and other business related reports by 7 th of every month Taxation: Specific focus on I. come tax and Service tax. Handling Assessments and Audits by the department. Representing the. company at the Revenue departments, co-ordinating with professionals on the matter. VAT. compliance across India. Others : (a) Provide the input for VP/FGA claims to HR department before 20 th of every month. (b) Initiate, Circulate and Monitor the Scheme performance ( if any Scheme is launched related to Debtors/ Revenue etc) (c) Decide and start the area of internal audit for the year, co-ordinate with the internal audit team to ensure that the audit is. completed in time, reply for the internal audit and follow up on the action plans and closure of the same. (d) Interact with the Statutory auditors and ensure that all the quarterly audit is. completed without any adverse remarks . Work Experience and Skills required: Strong Finance and accounts understanding, good in Accounting standards Strong. communication skills Good hold on Taxation rules pan India.
