EBS Manager/oracle Apps DBA - Delhi,Gurgaon,Noida, Delhi-NCR Region - The EBS Manager will lead the Design, Architecture, and Implementation of oracle application modules from DBA perspective, oracle or related technologies for new projects.- He also leads the support of ongoing production support coordinating with offshore team. Provide 24 7 on-call support as and when needed.- Provide administration, management and oversight of the. organizations Oracle E-Business Suite ERP Systems Release 11.5.10, and Release 12.1.- Work with the Functional and Infrastructure teams to manage regularly scheduled clones, all supporting environments and dependent systems.- Provide production support for Oracle Applications 11i /12 and development instances and day-to-day operations: AD utilities, OAM/OID, Concurrent Managers and Processes, setting up and diagnosing printing issues, stopping and starting of application and configuration, Oracle Workflows, Forms Server, Apache and Jserv and Oracle applications server 10g OC4J- Oracle database 10g and 11g administration including administering RAC and ASM and perform oracle database installation and configuration.- Managing Production support environment, on-call support, including coordinating and messaging required for maintenance windows.- Troubleshoot, analyze, resolve, track, escalate and accurately document various technical problems.- Perform daily monitoring of system performance and job execution.- Continually monitor system health and data integrity.- Ensure daily backups successfully. complete and guard business risk through Disaster recovery synchronization.- Protect. company data through security mechanisms and act as the gatekeeper for any data modification.- Follow established change control procedures for system patches and application installations.- Regular interaction with US counterparts focusing service improvements.Qualifications Desired: (Experience / Education/Certifications):- We are looking someone who is currently as Manager or at Assistant Manager having a relative experience of around 10+ years as Oracle Apps DBA.- Define the direction for performance and capacity management.- R. commend best practices.- Deliver measurable productivity and performance gains.- Set clear methodologies to define capacity projections for database, middle tier, concurrent manager.- Crisis management related to system performance.- To lead and represent the offshore Oracle APPS DBA 11i (11.5.3 through 11.5.10, Rel 12) team- Responsibilities includes forming roadmap for daily checklist which includes performance monitoring, backup, space management. Review and modify service improvement plan.- Adherence to process/change Management.- Scheduling and sharing the workload among the team.- Ensuring team coordination in activities.- Initiating Proactive measures towards identifying service gap.- Planning, Interaction and Implementation- Act as a GO TO person from management perspective and act as a mentor of senior apps dba professionals and lead by example on professional front.
