Job Title: Oracle Apps Technical
Required Skills
1. Candidate should have 5-8 Years of Experience with 3 Years of experience in Oracle Apps
2. Should have very good knowledge on Coding, Debugging, Design and reviews.
3. Should have experience in at least four - five Projects (Implementations or Roll Outs or Support Engagements).
4. Should have knowledge of Life Cycle of Roll Outs, Implementations, Upgrades or Support Engagements.
5. Should have extensive knowledge on RICE components and application of SDLC's to RICE components.
6. Should have Very Good knowledge on Data migrations, Forms, Reports, BI publisher, Knowledge of OAF is a Plus.
7. Should have knowledge of Cut-Overs, Roll out Plans and ITIL process..
8. Should have knowledge of Conversion Strategies, Also strategies for Sun setting legacy application strategies.
9. Should have Industry recognized certifications.
10. Should have extensive knowledge of Design Patterns and preferable design tools.
11. Functional knowledge of HRMS or SCM or Fin streams.
Job Description
1. Functional Knowledge and configuration experience of HRMS module.
2. Knowledge on concurrent programs, KFFs, DFFs and generic AOL.
3. Should know tables in HRMS and be able to write the basic SQLs.
4. Experience in implementation of Self Service HR
5. Experience of at least 2 end to end implementations of R12
