* Strong Technical experience in Oracle HRMS,payroll, SSHR, core HR, OTL, SLM, i recruitment etc.
* Should have experience on OAF, workflow & AME, xml publisher, discoverer reports, data migration, forms personalisation
* Should have experience in implementations, upgrade and support
