Detailed Job Description
* Good knowledge in Oracle EBS modules of Distribution, CRM, Supply Chain , Financials and Manufacturing.
* Has end-user interaction experience for requirements gathering, understanding customer needs and working with multiple groups to coordinate and carry out technical activities which include new development, maintenance and production support activities.
* Excellent Oracle troubleshooting ability to solve data issues, performance issues, and bugs
* Experience in customizing Oracle reports.
* Experience in resolving defects during testing, migration & support.
* Has at least 2 years of progressive experience using BI Publisher.
* Experience with XML in BI Publisher is preferred.
* Has strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Has Global Oracle implementation experience.
* Oracle Rel 12 experience is a plus.
* To understand client requirements and propose & deliver technical solutions
* To analyze |define and design technical solution for ERP product's enhancement and work towards continuous improvement during product implementation and production support stages
* To interact with the client and other functional teams for gaining understanding of the requirements
* To coordinate with technical teams for pending RICEFs
* To participate in team meetings
* To train others and prepare and deliver presentations for knowledge sharing among different teams in the project
.
