Overall Experience: 4 to 12yrs
Relevant Experience: 4 yrs on Oracle Apps HRMS- Techno Functional Analyst ( 70% technical).
Application Module knowledge of Oracle HRMS & Payroll, Standard or Advanced Benefits and exposure to OTL (Time and Labor), self-service
- Excellent expertise in RICE Components developments
- Need excellent expertise in PL/SQL, AOL,
- Should have worked on many of the following: Interfaces, Conversions, APIs, Form customizations (Not Necessary), Form-reports, Oracle Workflow
- Knowledge of using AIM Methodology development
- Good Knowledge of Oracle Payroll US Legislation
