Terms & Conditions
1. Your Annual salary will be 30% hike on your CCTC.
2. For this opportunity in Oman,
Your Monthly Onsite Allowance would be 40,000 INR (Forty Thousand Indian Rupees only). An equivalent amount of Omani Rials would be deposited to your Forex card every month.
You are going to work at our client site in Oman.
You will be working for five days a week (Sunday to Thursday).
Accommodation, Local Transportation to the office, Medical Insurance & Visa would be provided.
Family visa may not be provided.
You should have a valid passport without Emigration Check Required (ECR) stamp. If ECR stamp is there in your passport please inform us in advance.
3. The Salary, Onsite Allowance and other Terms & Conditions cannot be changed/negotiated after you get selected.

Worked as Oracle ERP - Oracle Financial & Human Capital Management Techno - Functional Consultant
Experience in the Utilities sector.
Asset Management background and experience.
IT background and experience.
Professionals involved in providing the consultancy service described in scope of work.
Adequate and proven experience in managing implementation of systems in Wastewater Services or/and Utilities Companies
Adequate and proven experience in IT project management methodologies and Oracle AIM.
Adequate and proven experience in implementing ERP systems
Oracle EBS R12: Finance, HCM, Oracle Hyperion and Oracle Collaboration tools.
Job Responsibilities
Participate in discussions with client to understand the flow of unstructured processes.
Analyze the requirements and determine the core processes.
Determine the boundaries of the defined processes by identifying the input and output of each.
Analyze the current state (As-Is) & model future state (To-Be) of business processes.
Develop Process Documentation and ensure to stay up-to-date in conjunction with on-going changes.
Identify KPI's of the processes if applicable.
Determine the inter-activity of the processes with each other.
Illustrate the logical sequence of activities within each process.
Assist the IUS Project Manager & other project team members whenever needed.
Provide expert and professional Oracle EAM and SCM support to the business users in ensuring smooth continuity of business operations.
Identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency in the Oracle implementation, whether functional, technical, configuration, security or reporting related.
To provide knowledge transfer and support to colleagues within the team and the IT department, to raise the Oracle support competency within the team and department.
Planning, leading and actively participating in design and testing of the EAM, SCM,
Inventory and Procurement modules/functionality of Oracle's E-Business Suite
Attending CRP 1 and CRP 2 with Haya employees
Plan for the UAT and the project roll out across the different departments
Co-team with the Oracle Financials & HCM Consultant to produce a technical specification for systems integration requirements
Participate in the training design and delivery efforts in line with the Project Manager
Participate and lead, when needed, the project meetings with the customer
Develop best fit architecture design for IUS and future Technical Architecture based on business requirements.
Participate in process flow analysis and process redesign along with Project Manager
Produce a detailed functional design document to match business user requirements
Provide current best practice and 3rd Party solution alternatives as part of the functional design document
