The senior support analyst is expected to fulfill additional responsibilities within the group such as Training Coordinator, or Release Management Lead Support Analyst. Analyst should be able to understand and support multiple modules within one application group. They should be familiar various issues that a customer support organization face. Minimum 5 years expe working with the Oracle EBS, preferably Oracle R12, & strong knowledge of Oracle Finance, Logistics & Supply Chain modules. Oracle 11i and R12 SCM and Financials. Additional knowledge of Sales Force.Com, Hyperion, Concur, Agile, and Workday is definitely a plus. This skill will consist of working with various IT groups, supporting and training clients specified software programs. Primary responsibility will be inbound customer support on a service-oriented team.
