Required Skills: * Should have worked on Core HR with Release 12 and Fusion HCM, especially with Talent management suite. Knowledge of integration between EBS HR & Fusion HCM a must. * Good communication skills to independently support HR process globally. Knowledge of OTL module and ADP connect a plus. * Strong knowledge of SQL to help troubleshoot issues, extract data for integrations etc. is highly desirable. Required Experience: * Minimum 5 years of IT and business/industry work experience related to HR systems and processes with exposure to Fusion HCM modules * Qualification: Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent degree.
