	Job Description
	Oracle Apps R12 SCM Functional:- A bachelors degree in Information Technology/related discipline Expertise in in INV/WIP/BOM & purchasing module (AME preferred). Candidate should have experience in dealing with lot enabled items/transactions items. Should possess proficient skills in Oracle R12 EBS CEMLI, Conversion, Oracle public APIs, XML Publisher and OAF. Should possess working experience in Oracle R12 Supply chain core modules Procure to Pay, Purchasing, iProcurement, ASCP , Order Management and Manufacturing. Should have client interaction experience along with BA team to define scope of project & provide schedule and plans accordingly Customized various Oracle Reports as per user requirements. Lead & Manage the Development and Support team. Documentation Preparation of Technical Specifications Review team functioning & resource utilization. Involved from start of the business requirement till delivery of Invoice Interface, Customer Interface. Assignment of development tasks to team members and review of the deliverables. Should possess excellent written & verbal communication skills Able to work independently, work with business to gather requirements, prepare technical specification documents Might have the capability to create / review / audits technical specifications Adhere to internal processes & tools to deliver on projects, programs Goal oriented with high standards for quality and performance Prior consulting experience is desired. Good English verbal and written communication skills a must. Able to interact with Customers, remain as Escalation contact point, articulate subject requirements into business language. Proven skills as a team member on at least two or more full cycle implementations, ability to mentor and manage junior team members. Ability to support multiple projects environments simultaneously. Able to work with distributed teams.
