HCM Technical Consultant Total and Relevant years of Experience: Relevant - 4+ years of experience Domain Experience: Oracle EBS HRMS (Core HR, OAB, Payroll, OTL) Primary Skills: Technical with 4+yrs of relevant experience on HCM modules with good knowledge on SQL, PLSQL, Workflows, OAB, Core HR, Payroll and OTL Secondary Skills: Strong Business Communication and Soft Skills. Should be capable of talking to customers and High Profile Business Users. Job Responsibilities: * Strong Technical Skills on EBS HRMS on R12. Should be able to handle simple to complex designs on Apps Technical Items in HR Space (Alerts, Notifications, XML Publisher, SQL, PLSQL, Unix Scripting, User Hooks, Interfaces, Workflows and Conversions). * Should have experience in Customer Communication. * Should be equipped with Global Implementation / Upgrade experiences. * Good Knowledge on HRMS Landscape (Core HR, OAB is Must) * Knowledge on Coding and Documentation Standards and good exposure to AIM Methodology of Execution. * Should have at least 4 years of Work Experience in HR Technical domain. * Should be able to handle and support the teams. * Should show ease in communication and ready to go an extra mile to achieve customer and organizational objectives.
