Key Responsibilities:
* Incident management, problem management and resolution of issues.
* System administration and user maintenance
* Workflow administration
* Forms personalisations:
* OAF Personalisation
* Forms Personalisation
* Modification of custom.pll
* EIS Report development / administration:
* eXpress Reports
* XL/GL Connect
* BI Publisher Report support and development
* Financial Interfaces (AR, AP, GL, CE, PO/iProc) support and development
* HR/Payroll APIs support and development
Requirements:
* Strong documentation, knowledge transfer and communication skills
* A working knowledge of ITIL processes
* Ability to work with and without supervision alongside people in high-demand situations
* Excellent decision making, analytical, technical understanding and problem solving skills
* Comprehensive organizational skills with attention to quality and detail
* Ability to organize and manage work effectively in a team environment
* Strong Technical Skills with Core Oracle Development Tools (Reports, Forms, PL/SQL, BI Publisher and Personalisations)
* Experience with EIS Report development / administration is highly desirable
* In-depth knowledge of underlying EBS database tables.
* In-depth knowledge of publicly callable HR API's and data tracking.
* In-depth knowledge of Financial Open Interfaces
* R12.x Knowledge of at least 2 of the following; Finance (PO, AP, AR, CE, GL), iProcurement, HRMS (including self-service) and Payroll (UK Legislation with preference for Public Sector)
