Job Purpose
The role delivers information technology solutions to fulfill business and functional requirements. Responsible for the conversion of business requirements to technical specifications and delivery.
Knowledge, Skills, Qualification and Experience
*
6-8 Yrs experience in experience with product designing and implementation.
*
Ability to review, understand and improve program code and system documentation.
*
Adhere to the project process.
*
Participate in root cause analysis.
*
Participate in performance standards discussions.
*
Recommend process improvements and identify opportunities to define/follow standard operating procedures.
*
Ability to multi-task in a dynamic work environment.
*
Ability to develop large scale web/database applications
*
Ability to innovate and provide functional applications with intuitive interfaces
*
Ability to complete all phases of software development life cycle including analysis, design, functionality, testing and support.
*
Good verbal and written communication including ability to prepare system documentation.
Skill Set Required
o
AP,GL,FA,PO,INV, Oracle Reports, Oracle Forms, Oracle discoverer, XML Publisher
o
HRMS, Payroll, IProc, SSHR, Workflow and OAF.
Additional Skill set
o
Candidate should have Oracle Finance / HRMS, & Payroll Techno / Functional skill set.

*
Lead the Development of acquiring business requirements and ensure the effective participation of team for project activities and required deliverables
*
Effective Co-ordination with business and third party stakeholders to manage their expectation
*
Internal functions and work practices as per policy, compliance and procedures of the organization.
*
Provide general administrative support to the team, including, meetings, knowledge transfer and Timesheet reporting, preparation of weekly status report.
Key Result Areas
*
Analyze business requirement and translate it into technical specification.
*
Participate / Review Technical documentation.
*
Review the functional and non-functional requirements to evaluate the feasibility of the technical design.
*
Participate in meeting and analyze all technical requirements of Oracle ERP application.
*
Review infrastructure for any issues and recommend solutions.
*
Evaluate all change management documents and record observation.
*
Communicate regularly with the Project Manager to share the status of the development effort and escalate issues, if any.
*
Provide inputs to the Project Quality Plan.
*
Identify and manage all technical risks for the project.
*
Participate in project review meetings.
*
May design the application architecture for smaller scale, less complex technical solutions and define components of design.
*
Review and validate the High-Level Design (HLD)/Integrated System Design created against the functional architecture.
*
Identify the scope for improvement in HLD and suggest possible solutions.
*
Do performance evaluation and implementation of the feasibility of HLD.
*
Ensure the design integrity of the solution such that it meets the agreed functional and non-functional requirements.
*
Define and deploy standards for design and development including coding standards.
*
Identify and manage reusable code and ensure high quality creation of code.
*
Review the overall Use Case Diagram to ensure that the Use Cases are within the defined scope of the Vision.
*
Conduct technical project reviews on key deliverables.
*
Identify and document best practices for a technology area and post project lessons learnt.
*
Troubleshoot complex high-level design issues and provide appropriate solutions.
*
Provide lead support during acceptance testing, implementation, and training for assigned modules.
*
Ensure delivery of modules as per prescribed quality guidelines.
*
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) arising from production system disruption and gather required information and logs from the system for investigation.
*
Lead the development actives in co ordination with Vendor for vendor base application and endure all the deliveries are as per technology requirement.
*
Deploy bug fixes in test environment and perform SIT.
*
Get the fix tested by users and take appropriate actions to move the change in Production with TPS team.
*
Co ordinate and handover the deliveries to the TPS team for post production support.
