Job Description:
*Candidate must have 6-12 years of very good experience into Oracle HRMS Functional like Payroll, iRecruitment and Core HR.
*At least 1 implementation and 1 support project of Core HR, Self Service HR, PMS, LMS integration with UPK, HR Intelligence.
* Payroll (Includes Standard Benefits), Advanced Benefits (OAB), Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), Oracle Learning Management (OLM), IRecruitment... etc.
*Sound knowledge of Conversions and PL/SQL, xml, API ,Discoverer reports, Workflow in oracle HRMS Modules
*Should able to handle project independently.
