Position - Enterprise Business Suite & Reporting Systems Operations Specialist (Oracle EBS R12 & OBIEE Reporting)
Education - Bachelors/Master degree in Technology/ Engineering from a reputed institution.
Skills – Oracle EBS R12 Administrator & OBIEE Reporting
· Experience in EBS R12.x with experience OBIEE 11.x of corporate environment.
· Relevant work experience in Oracle Enterprises Business Suite R12 (EBS R12)modules(such as Financial, HRMS, PJRM) and Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) in a globally distributed environment supporting business critical applications. Experience in continuous delivery (agile methodologies) and automation solutions aligned with state-of-the art product knowledge and ability to script.
· Expert knowledge on EBS architecture , system administration, application patching , upgrades, HA / DR concepts
· Expert knowledge on administration and/or reporting experience with OBIEE 11.x including BI upgrades, security management, integration with DAC/Informatica
· Expert knowledge on Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC)
· Good working experience on AIX and Windows operating systems, Server Virtualization
· Unix Scripting experience (Shell , Perl or similar languages)
· Experience with Datastage/Informatica would be preferred
· Good knowledge of automation tools (data masking, code migration, etc.), monitoring tools (Oracle Enterprise Manager), backup/restore tools (Recovery Manager RMAN)

· The ITOP-Enterprise Business Suite & Reporting Systems (ERS) techno-functional Team is responsible for supporting the Firm’sEnterprise Business Suite and Reporting platform.ITOP-ERS Team provides operational support for McKinsey's Oracle EBS R12 (Financial, HRMS), ETL (Datastage/ Informatica), reportingplatforms (OBIEE , COGNOS,etc.) and related automation tools (PPM, Optim, etc.) in development , QA and production environments..
· In this global role s/he will closely collaborate with the Service Delivery Manager, other operations engineers and solution development engineers as well as key stakeholders in the other IT groups.
· ERS Operations engineersare involved in end to end service delivery which includes:
- Manage infrastructure development projects, rollouts and deployments
- Working with software developers and technical specialists across various technologies to ensure a smooth, fast and flexible implementation of new services and technologies
- Help coordinate and implement new technologies / applicationsDetermine support requirements and define support processes for new products and services
- Lead problem, change and capacity management efforts
- Conduct root cause analysis of complex technical issues and drive in-depth analysis across teams
- Create automated reporting capability
- Continuously develop, improve and help implementingefficient operations processes
- Knowledge building and sharing
- Manage assigned IT projects
- Have an active role in quality management, i.e. conduct data analysis and reporting
- Develop and implement backend automation and operations improvements
