We are looking for Oracle R12 DRM Functional Analyst below is the job description :

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The RBS Ledger Transformation Programme will deliver best-in-class financial tools through a combination of platform renovation and the development of new components that will modernise and simplify the systems landscape. As part of this there will be analysis, design inputs, build and implementation of business requirements supported by appropriate technology.

Deliverables:

Work with business users to understand the requirements, analyse , define,develop and maintain organisational hierarchies in DRM along with Chart of Accounts across the architecture
Responsible for designing and implementing a robust Reference data system, Creation and updation of mapping between the legacy system used Eg SGL, Walker with the Oracle GL segment to segment
Conduct Design reviews for various business solutions and Functional Specifications to ensure the Chart of Accounts value sets meet the requirements.
Able to align the Chart of accounts with the business requirement of the organisation
Define Security Permission, based on nodes in the GROUP hierarchy in WALKER.
Ensure that DRM automatically publish to SDM details of all the RGL CoA segments and mappings to the Walker CoA on a daily basis
Ensure that Reference data quality to be sufficient granularity to ensure Walker feed as well as onward feed to downstream systems.
Being proactive in the understanding changes happening across along with changes in reorganisation and doing the impact analysis
Identify and record risks and issues in accordance with project standards. Agree escalation level and then manage those assigned through to resolution.
Actively suggest Continuous Improvements in the overall requirement gathering and design process
Actively participate and plan for the domain trainings
Manage risks, issues and dependencies related to the requirements and when necessary escalate them to the Delivery Manager.
Build an effective team of Analysts who can own the end to end delivery of a given requirement for Chart of Account Workstream
Communicate requirement progress to the Project / Delivery Managers
Ensuring a robust change control process is built in.

Experience:

4-7 years experience in Analytical, Organisation and process mapping
Experience of working in global environment of Financial/IT companies spread in various geographies
3-5 Experience in GL/Chart of Accounts redesign process/ Reference data management process & aligning with the business requirement of the organisation
Experience in Finance /Ledger Reference Data mappings.
Strong understanding of the data

Technical Knowledge:

Essential:

Expert in DRM System
Expert level in MS VISIO
Expert level in MS Office (Excel)

Desirable:

Experience of working on Oracle General Ledger
