Currently we are having an Urgent opening for Deployment project at one of our esteemed clients.
Position: Oracle HRMS techno-functional consultant
Experience: 5-8 years
Job Location: Doha, Qatar
Job Type: Permanent
Indian Salary: Will discuss over the phone (Indian Rupees only)
Onsite Allowance: Rs 40000 per month (Indian Rupees only).
Notice Period 30 days
Technical Skills:
5+ Years of experience.
Oracle HRMS techno-functional consultant( 70% technical, 30% functional)
2 implementations on payrolls module
Good at writing fast formulas
This resource would be working closely with the payrolls department of QA, and should be able to handle everything independently.
Note: You should have a valid passport without Emigration Check Required (ECR) stamp. If ECNR stamp is there you are eligible to apply.
Benefits and Terms & Conditions with Aufait:
Your base location will be Bangalore & will be deputed at Client Location - Doha, Qatar.
The Onsite Deployment projects goes on long term basis with more flexibility to fly back to India.
The First Travel to Client Site must happen from Bangalore so that we can take care of all the Logistics required for Travel.
After the first travel you will be directly travelling to & from your Home Location - Airport to the client location till when you are working Onsite irrespective of the Project or client you are associated with in future.
While you are deployed at Onsite you will be provided with Good Accommodation, Transportation to & fro to office, Medical Insurance, Visa, Flight Tickets to & fro.
You will be working on Work Visit Visa which will enable you to travel back to India in every 3 months. (The travel tenure will change according to the project and location. Recruiters should change it according to what Sonam confirms.)
Since the project is going to be Onsite Deployment so there won't be a provision available to take your family with you as the Visa restricts such facility and we won't be able to get any other form of Visa until the Client hires you permanently depending on your performance.
Working Days will be 5 days (Sunday to Thursday)
You should have a valid passport without Emigration Check Required (ECR) stamp. If ECR stamp is there in your passport please inform us in advance. If you don't have a valid passport and you have applied for the same then we won't be able to consider you.
You will be getting your Monthly Onsite Allowance paid to your Forex Card on every 15th of the successful month. This amount stands Non Taxable.
You will get the International Exposure with hands on experience working from Client Site which will be one of the biggies in Middle East.
Your Indian salary will be deposited on Monthly basis to your HDFC Account( Corporate Salary Account provided by us).
You will be entitled for 15 Days of Leave in a year and apart from that you will be eligible of 5 days sick leave in a year.
You will have the flexibility to choose the vacation along with the National/Client Holidays in the Client Location which depends on the approval of your Client Reporting Manager & Visa expiry tenure.
