Job Title: Consultant / Sr Consultant

Job Profile:
We are looking for an ODI Specialist. The ODI Specialist is responsible for successful development, deployment and management of extract/transform/load solutions.
The ODI Consultant will analyze requirements and architecture specifications to create detailed design documentation and work with data modeler, business team and system analysts to prepare source to target mapping specifications.
The Consultant will Use Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) to create and maintain topology, interfaces, packages and load plan components.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conducts data mapping, designs, develops and implements extract/transform/load processes using Oracle ODI or other ETL tools
* Supports software upgrades, software documentation, research of new software versions
* Performs ETL Repository administration including promotion of software packages to the proper environment, troubleshooting, and technical support
* Designs logical/physical models, develops and test ETL jobs
* Works closely with DBAs, Developers and customers to define requirements, mappings, gap analysis and business transformation rules
* Develops ETL development standards
Resource Requirement:
* BS in Computer Sciences or other engineering discipline or equivalent in experience
* 5+ years of experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle)
* Good knowledge of PL/SQL
* Must have experience in Data warehouse / ETL environment; should have excellent
* Architecture skills
* Must have experience in ETL designs from both a logical and physical perspective
* Must have expert level skills in ODI development
* Conceptual, logical and physical data modeling through use of data modeling tools is
* a plus
Preferred skills:
* Additional ETL Expertise with other tools like Informatica, BO Data Services
* BI Platform experience OBIEE, OBIA, Qlikview, BO, Tableau will be heavily considered
* Must have strong business/technical oral and written communication skills
* Ideal candidate must be a team player, process driven, self-motivated and able to work
* independently to meet deadlines
