Urgent Opening--EBS Technical Lead Architect--Oracle Apps Financial--McKinsey & Company--Gurgaon

We are having an urgent position with our client McKinsey & Company  (www.mckinsey.com) for Gurgaon location.

Position         - Technical Lead Architect EBSOracle Apps Financial(Technical)

Skills                -

 

·         Master's/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent subject

·         Is an expert understanding of technical architecture of Oracle E-Business suite – sound knowledge of the multi tier architecture – front end, application, database, storage tiers.

·         Has solid understanding of all standard technical stacks – Oracle forms, PLSQL, ADF, Concurrent programs - Hands on development, design and troubleshooting capabilities. OA framework, xml and other technologies is a plus.

·         Has a spike in functional understanding of one or more of the following Financial modules – AR, AP, GL, FA, CM, HR, PA, PjRM.

·         Has extensive experience in RICE, CEMLI.

·         Has the ability to choose the right approach to enhancing features within the Oracle E-Business suite platform and presenting in a convincing manner the pros on cons of different approaches.

·         Has good understanding of EBS schema structure, AD, FND utilities, building custom schemas, integration/subscription schemas, user/roles/responsibilities governance, profile management, flexfield configuration, user hooks, basic sysadmin knowledge.

·         Has good breadth of technical knowledge (complementing and otherwise) – such as Oracle database development, Java, Java scripting, middleware software, open source tools, etc.

·         Can lead discussions with the infrastructure and database teams on sizing, scalability, maximum availability setups and optimal performance system requirements. Experience with large and complex data systems.

·         Has excellent grasp over Oracle E-Business suite integrations with third party systems. Ability to engage with multiple upstream/downstream teams and be able to analyze challenges/issues, prioritize, troubleshoot and spear head architecture/design discussions.

·         Can analyze information and reporting requirements for complex inter-connected systems ground up, with a view to maximize user experience through well designed solutions.

·         Can articulate effectively system designs, data diagrams, logic charts, visualizing techniques to both technical and non-technical audience.

·         Can review and correct code, do advanced performance tuning and come up with standards and incorporate industry best practices. 

·         Can quickly understand and critique existing legacy systems and present convincing change/improvement proposals with a holistic approach – impact analysis, regression, etc.

·         Develop full stack applications end to end using best practices and tools in testing, deployment and scaling.

·         Experience with tools such as Github, HP PPM, HP UFT/QTP, HP QC, IBM Optim is a plus.

·         Experience in OBIEE is a plus.

·         Swear by Agile development practices such as automated unit testing, continuous integration and deployment and extreme programming

THE ROLE

·         The Oracle E-Business Architect engages with our world-class engineering and program teams to build products and solutions for internal clients.

·         This position is based out of India, Gurgaon but there is regular need based travel to locations where our vendor partner teams operate out of (Mumbai and Kolkata).

·         You stand as a well-rounded senior technologist with broad understanding of the technical landscape, exposure to complex systems and specialized skills, e.g., Oracle E-Business suite.
