Currently we are hiring Technical/Project Manager in any ERP - Oracle EBS / Fusion with technical / techno functional/ functional hands on experience.
Job Description
- To manage and implement ERP system rollouts while performing as a highly functioning overall Technical/Project Manager
- Working with clients, manage overall coordination of client ERP projects, from planning through implementation.
- Set project scope, priorities, deadlines and deliverable schedules etc
- Hands on experience in any ERP's
- Successfull life cycle project management experience in an ERP project. Oracle Fusion, highly preferred
- Oracle Fusion implementation experience, highly desired
- Project Management expert, PMP cert - highly desired
- Must be detailed orientated and customer focused.
- Global implementation experience
- Must have experience in Process Mapping techniques
- Ability to work/interact with all levels of management and staff
Skills & Requirements:
- Over 10 years of experience in IT areas as a Technical /Project/ Program Manager, of which 6 - 9 years of experience in
ERP, Oracle Apps / Fusion implementations.
-Proven leadership ability in leading and driving complex projects.
-Competencies within the ERP domain
-Experience with team management and leadership
-Strong presentation and communication skills
-Should have participated in and be familiar with, Agile (Scrum) project methodology and practices
-Excellent Project Management experience
-Proficient in understanding Application Design, Configuration/module setup and documentation of functional documents
-Should have worked of at least 3-4 implementations
-Should have worked in Onsite and Offshore model environment
-Should be capable of coordinating and driving the technical team to achieve RICE components, testing the same and also demonstrating to the client
-Should be capable of providing solutions for integration with third party tools.
-Ability to perform regression, sanity testing etc.
-Ability to amend or create Functional Specs for custom functionality documents as per the requirements of client
-Team player with positive attitude.
