Level: Oracle Apps R12 HRMS Functional Consultant Job Location: Gurgaon Exp Level: 4-7 years Employment Type: Permanent/Fulltime. Role Description: Must have minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in Oracle HRMS R12 suite. Oracle HRMS Functional resource with 5 to 7 years of support and enhancement experience. Must have experience in R12 Implementation / Support / Enhancement projects. Experience in Core HRMS, Self Service (Employee, Manager, Leave Management) and India Payroll modules Excellent knowledge of Standard business process flows in Oracle HRMS suite and related modules. Should be capable to independently execute CRPs, UATs, understanding Business Requirements and writing Test Scenarios/scripts.
