Presently we have a couple of openings for BI Developers with one of our Esteemed Client. Given below are the details of the requirement.

Title: BI Developer
BI Developer - 2 positions
a. Position 1 - OBIEE
i. Experience - 4-5 years
ii. OBIEE version - 11.1.1.7.1 (Mandatory); Nice to have (Not Mandatory one) - OBIEE 11.1.1.8, OBIEE 11.1.1.9, OBIEE 12c
b. Position 2 - ODI
i. Experience - 4-7 years
ii. ODI version - 11.1.1.7.0 (Mandatory); Nice to have (Not Mandatory one) - ODI 12c
Responsibilities:
* Follows the direction of the Senior Manager of BI and ERP Support in executing the global BI Strategy and vision in line with the company's goals and objectives and in line with the VP of Global IT's direction.
* Collaborates with the Business Intelligence Team to plan and implement BI services across the enterprise.
* Delivers the outcome of new or revised additions and/or enhancements of BI Application components or IT solutions on time, on budget as well as delivers critical functionality in support of major business projects.
* Responsible for full-lifecycle knowledge and support of BI implementations including business analysis, design, development, testing, deployment and support.
* Ensures that Business Intelligence services as well as Planning services meet the required service support levels.
* Facilitates the definition and recommends the prioritization of enhancements and requests to meet the business goals and effective technology usage.
Required Skills & Experience
* 5+ years demonstrated success leading and directing application technologies, with emphasis in Business Intelligence and Business Planning applications implementation.
* Experience in implementation and support of international manufacturing operations.
* Previous Global systems rollouts in Europe, Asia and/or Americas.
* 5 Years of OBIEE 11 or 12 / SSRS implementation/project management experience. MS BI also a plus.
* Understanding of Data Warehouse principles and practices including star schema, snowflake, OLAP and cube designs.
* Familiar with ETL from multiple sources, specifically with Oracle Data Integrator experience.
* Experience with a Scrum/Agile environment.
* Hands-on leadership style with ability to get in the details when required.
* Strong team player, partnering with senior/executive management and individual contributors.
* Excellent presentation/communication skills.
* Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Information Systems or equivalent work experience. MBA is preferred.
