WORK LOCATION:Bangalore/Pune/Noida
JD- · Expertise in Oracle Payroll configuration and knowledge on Oracle apps HRMS module.
· Complete knowledge on Payroll Schema and tables.
· Complete understanding of Oracle HR, KFF, BG Setup, API, User Hooks, Security, and Date
· Tracking, All Payroll processes like Payroll and Prepayment, Elements, Links, and Form
· Personalization, Absence management's setups.
· Good knowledge on working with data conversion of payroll. Worked on inbound and outbound
· Interfaces
· Have Knowledge of Retro Payment, Payroll Fast formulas.
· Experience in design of RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Customizations and Extensions) objects to as
· per the custom business process within Oracle HRMS/Payroll implementation
· Worked on the OAF self-service pages/ Oracle form Personalization
· Worked on ODI Integrations and Workflows will be advantage .
