5-15 years Top 3-5 skills & min. year experience required for each : Oracle EBS, HR, self service, PMS Provide a job description of the role, responsibilities and qualifications required for this position : Experience of Oracle HCM in Implementation as well as in development and bug fixing. 5+ years of project experience. have worked on HR, SSHR, PMS,,AME and workflow , HRSSA. Fluent knowledge of the HRMS schema and common modules (AOL, FND etc) Good Technical knowledge and hands on experience on Oracle EBS suite version and R12.Should be familiar with the data model of HCM .Implementation experience is must
. Functional Knowledge and exposure to setups on Oracle EBS HCM .Create AIM methodology based documentation for enhancements and projects
