Position : Project Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:
* Manage EBS projects from feasibility to operation / closure state taking ownership of the project in totality
* Ensure that the project is completed as per the scope defined, is on time, within the cost/budget and maintain/exceed the quality expected
* Manage scope ensuring that there is no scope creep - any change in scope need to have the approval from the project sponsor
* Develop and monitor the project plan, schedule and budget
* Prepare Stakeholder matrix and manage stakeholder expectations
* Maintain working relationship with stakeholders across the board
* Prepare/maintain communication plan for the project with an agreed RACI and escalation matrix
* Report regularly to the stakeholders on project status/progress and major issues/risks
* Review and ensure the necessary sign-offs are obtained for key project deliverables
* Identify risks, define and validate the mitigation plan with all stakeholders
* Ensure process compliance at all the stages of the project by self and the project team
* Communicates tactfully / diplomatically to stakeholders as the situation demands
* Addresses delicate situations and handles conflicts in such a way as to maximize opportunity and minimize exposure to risk. Resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts impacting the project
* Acts decisively in critical situations or to circumvent a potential problem
* Motivates project team members to action and Prioritizes own and team's work
Knowledge, Skills & Expertise Required
* 5+ years as a project manager having managed a minimum of 3 end-to-end projects in Oracle Revenue Management and Billing
* Aware of the business processes within
* Thorough understanding of project management phases, techniques and tools
* Demonstrate communication effectiveness (both written and verbal)
* Understands who the client is and what the client's needs are; provides realistic expectations; establishes specific customer satisfaction standards and actively monitors client satisfaction
* Demonstrate superior inter-personal skills, conflict resolution and negotiating skills
* Conveys goals and objectives clearly and in a compelling manner
* Deft in managing risks, its mitigation plans and stakeholder reporting
* Proactive approach and leadership qualities - drive for results
* Excellent conflict and crisis management
* Good knowledge on SDLC processes and adherence to it.
* Managed conflicting project priorities
* Managed projects using MS Project
Position : Solution Architect- Finance (Functional)
Required Exp : 7 - 14yrs
Job Location : Bangalore
JD:
Oracle EBS R12 module expertize - AR, AP, GL, FA, CM, iExpense, EBS Tax, etc. including localization
Preferable to have expertise in Oracle Property Manager.
Experience in implementing & supporting Oracle Financial modules (11i & R12) for US/UK clients with 5-6 years of domain Experience
Experience in at least 2-3 implementation and support/upgrade engagements.
Candidate should have Exposure to Software Development, Implementation, Rollout and Upgrade project.
Good understanding of local statutory laws & business processes.
Have worked in onsite / offshore delivery model
Good oral & written communication skills.
Should have handled Team Size of 100+
Good understanding of ITIL processes
Should be well versed with quality process.
People handling skills are mandatory.
Manage client expectations
Work with offshore team
MUST be willing to travel extensively
Desirable qualification: Domain or Oracle Certification in Oracle Financials Preferred/ Graduation in Engineering & MBA are preferred.

* Ability to demonstrate product capability / POC to the client
* Ability to work with Client, onsite & offshore teams
* Excellent communication skills
* Expert at writing detailed, actionable requirements and/or functional specifications
* MUST be willing to travel extensively
* Desirable qualification: Domain or Oracle Certification in Oracle Finance.
Job Responsibilities
* Sound technical Knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, XML Publisher, OAF Framework.
* Good working knowledge of Oracle EBS 11i & R12 Financials, Purchasing, Order Management modules
* Experience in at least 2-3 Oracle 11i and/or R12 production support projects
* Worked with Tier-1 companies or MNCs in Oracle EBS area
* Worked in US or Europe or any onsite customer locations on Implementation/ Development/ Upgrade/ Support
* Flexible to work in shifts to support users across the globe
* Strong ability to work with the Client, and collaborate with onsite & offshore team members
* Effective team player with excellent communication skills
* Skills at writing detailed technical specifications will be a plus
* Good analytical and Problem solving skills
