Please find Job details below: Position: Senior HRMS Technical Lead Job Location : Pune Job type: Permanent/full time Role: Lead Technical Consultant Required: HRMS, HRMS APIs, Data Conversion, Forms,Strong in PL/SQL Description * Prepare / Review Technical Design Documents for Interfaces & Reports to be developed. * Understand Requirements , Conceptualize solution , Present Design & Get the solution developed and delivered * Co-ordination with BU IT and Super Users for interface/customization development work. * Migrate the customization to Test, UAT & Production instances. * Support the CRP , UAT and Go-live activities. * Attend project meetings, GCCB meetings if required. * Updating any other relevant documentation. * Prepare functional document if required. * Coordinate with Oracle for any SRs. * Follow Cummins process for development tasks. * Transition to Production Support team.
