Job Description :
Branch Manager - Agency / Direct
Handling team of 6-10 Sales Managers.
Training & Managing team of Sales Managers.
Meeting Monthly and day to day targets on Premium, Login, Recruitment & other parameters through team on regular basis.
Handling Overall assigned branch operations and collections and customer service teams.
Reporting to Regional/Area managers on day to day activities.
Ensuring training & development & growth of team members.
Joint sales calls with team members, when ever required.
Branch Manager - Bancassurance
Manager - Bancassurance will be responsible for handling an on roll team of 8 -10 sales managers in Bancassurance Channel.
Has to handle Branches of a Bank.
Monitor the day to day activity, planing & execution of banca team.
Building good relationship with Bank's Cluster Head,Branch Manager & allied staff to achieve Cluster sales target.
Reporting to Regional/Area managers on day to day activities.
Ensuring training & development & growth of team members.
Joint sales calls with team members, when ever required.
