Should be very strong in Oracle BPEL, Mediator, XSLT, B2B, Business Rules & Human Tasks.  Good in REST and SOAP Web services, Xslt and XQuery and xml technologies.  Should have worked extensively on Adapters like File, DB ,Apps& FTP ,JMS adapter and other adapters.  Good knowledge on Working Knowledge on Oracle Service Bus (OSB) 11g,  Experience in 12c migration, and 12c development knowledge.  Experience in Oracle B2B development/architecture is a must.  Experienced in troubleshooting of SOA related issues  Familiar with JDeveloper editor  Should have good communication skill and attitude to find ways to solve problem and be able to think through the alternatives for solution  Should be able to solve technical issues independently or with minimum dependency on senior folks.
