Candidates currently working in corporate training houses, training institutes & colleges should have experience in actual training delivery and\or courseware development. If the only experience is in managing\administering\facilitating training programs, then we should not consider the profile • The candidate should be a SME in technologies as he/she would be training delivery resources in IDC. We should consider candidates with training delivery experience in technology training only. We should not consider softskills or leadership training profiles • He/she should also possess Curriculum and Content Development and assessment creation experience ( must for TL and AM) • Hands on experience (theory or practical) on demand technologies    • Should be ready to work as Trainer • Good communications skills, Interpersonal skills and creative mindsets are desirable. • Content - creation and revision; content curation; content acquisition • Manage Training delivery(for TL or AM) • Candidates should ready to come for Face to Face round for presentation to be made by the candidate post clearing the initial technical round • Flexible to travel to other locations to deliver trainings sessions whenever required.
