Work with the various Supply Chain business operations verticals to develop and maintain robust business analytical solutions (database reports) covering Demand & Supply Planning, Orderbook, Backlog, Inventory, Shipments, invoices, performance metrics(internal/ Customer), etc.
Expertise & Responsibilities
• Good hands on experience in Database Management (MS Access), Data Integration, Data Editing and Error Checking & reporting and leading a team of business analysts.
• Should be able to work closely with team members and support them for data analysis and reporting skills
• Develop Analytics solutions for Global Supply Chain across Business units
• Adept at managing system and data changes including interest in understanding technical data sources
• Aptitude for blending quantitative and qualitative data
• Proven process improvement skills with natural curiosity and desire to understand how things work
• Adept at comprehending and working with large quantities of data from a variety of sources
• Detail oriented and self-motivated individual able to function effectively when working independently or in a team
• Experience in reporting, data mining, and ad hoc analysis
• Superb listening, verbal, and email communication skills
• Around 10 years of experience in handling various clients with a good understanding of Supply chain concepts & parameters.
Desirable skills:
- Understand how to plan and manage different products and supply chain planning scenarios. Master SCM functions, usability, customization, and master data parameters.
- Supply Chain Management concepts and industry specific expertise
Skills:
 Good knowledge in MS Access & Excel, SQL queries, BI tools.
 Knowledge of Oracle ERP system & Salesforce
 Sharepoint site maintenance
 Good Analytical, communication & leadership skills.

Education: Engineering graduate
