Position: Oracle HRMS Techno Functional Consultant
Work Location: OMAN
Job Type: Permanent
Note: We are looking for candidates who can join immediately or less than 15 days
Responsibilities
• Responsible for business analysis, application system development, integration / interface between Oracle ERP business suites and legacy external applications mainly in HR responsibility.
• Application system on-going maintenance, enhancement of existing applications to fulfill the objectives of enterprise business community.
• Upgrading and / or implementing new modules of ERP business suites.
• Liaison with Database Administrator for technical issues related to application areas in the context of Oracle ERP environment, concurrent managers, interface issues, tasks and technical TARs to Oracle or any third party software providers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong analytical skills.
Detailed Job Tasks
• Provide support to Oracle HRMS module such as Payroll, Personnel, Self Service, OTL modules.
• Provide business analysis and object programming expertise within an assigned business unit / area in the analysis, design, and development of business applications.
• Formulate and define application scope and objectives; devise and modify procedures to provide solution to business problems and needs.
• Responsible in conducting business requirements study, analyzing business needs, prepare detailed specifications from which programs will be written and designed, code, test, debug, and document programs.
• Develop business relationships and integrate with other applications to ensure successful implementation and support of project efforts.
• Involved in new modules requirements gathering and finalization.
• Upgrading existing system to new version as and when required and also implementing new modules as per the organization requirements.
Desired Skills
• Database: Certification in Oracle 10g / 11g / Oracle 12c
• Software Tools: SQL Plus and PL/SQL, Forms 10g, Reports 10g, SQL* Loader, Export / Import ERP Software: Oracle Application R12 - Oracle HRMS
• Developer Utilities: Toad, Discoverer
• Operating System: Windows XP, 7, 8
• Other Programming skill: SQL, JSP, J2EE, HTML, MS-Excel
Experience
• At least five years of experience in business application design development, installation and modification in an online environment. The experience should include the skills as mentioned above.
Qualification
• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline
