⢠Candidate should have a minimum of 6 years of experience on Oracle Applications⢠Candidate should possess good communication skills
⢠Should be open to travel on a short visit to US/UK
⢠Candidate should have very good functional knowledge on the following modules in Oracle EBS R12.1.X and/or R12.2.X versions
o Core HRMS
o Advance Benefits
o Compensation
⢠Candidate should have experience of atleast 2 implementations of above modules.
⢠Preference will be given to candidates with experience in 11i upgrade projects
⢠Must have R12 experience, atleast in one project
⢠Should be able to write Functional design documents for any customizations, interfaces or for any Integrations between Oracle and third party systems
⢠Should be able to review Technical design documents and coordinate with offshore technical team
⢠Experience with working in an offshore-onsite model would be an added advantage.
