Roles and Responsibilities:
Operational
1. Responsible for assigning work to the Engineers and Senior Engineers in the project team.
2. Conduct maintenance and enhancement of core products in the project groups
3. Oversee project work to ensure correct quality and use of related solutions
4. Develop control systems to achieve cost effective solutions
5. Guide the team on projects and responsible for task scheduling and task delegation.
6. Participate in projects and technology work to ensure correct development, implementation and use of related solutions.
7. Continuously build self-awareness of new technologies and engineering patterns in software development
8. Perform necessary coding, unit testing, write test procedures and perform tests
9. Work effectively with teams or work groups inside his formal line of authority to accomplish technical, functional and organizational goals
10. Ready to work on project assignment or coding and testing
11. Create system architecture
12. Create Project documentation like system Arch, Technical design document, functional design document etc.
13. Estimation of tasks or project
14. Getting job done within time, cost and as per agreed quality standard 15. Create Management reports including weekly status reports, Monthly status reports and project variances etc.
