Key Job Description/Responsibilities
• Proficiency in Oracle EBS financials in AP, AR,GL, CM and FA is required • Provide issue resolution and break-fix support for tickets on finance and procurement applications • Follows up with Oracle support to get resolution to product issues • Supports approved functional configuration changes , if any • Supports cut over activities for the release-13 upgrade • Support regression testing activities during quarterly patch updates or during the major release upgrade • Updates design documentation (if required) to capture changes which need to be incorporated as a result of issue resolution / break fix • Responsible for meeting expectations and provide high quality deliverables on time • Prepare comprehensive documentation according to project methodology • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner • Have very good communication skills • Available to work in shifts including night shift on rotation basis
