Role PM / Sr PM
Exp 10+ Years
Responsibilities:
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, as per the agreed scope
Developing project schedule/plan, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility and dependencies
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope and schedule
Measure project performance using appropriate techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Perform risk management to minimize project risks in every phase of the project
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Requirement:
Educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science
Proven working experience as a project Manager in Infrastructure services Projects
Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in Infrastructure services Projects ( i.e. Network Cabling, Servers , Networks )
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Visio and Project
Value Add:
PMP OR PRINCE II certification
Experience in Factory IT Implementations
Experience handling Japanese Customers
