Experience - 7 plus years
Must Have:
ResponsibilitiesIT-Project Manager/Program Manager with over 12+ years of solid IT experience with outstanding project planning, execution, monitoring and resource balancing skills with ability to support multiple simultaneous projects in a matrix organizational structure
*Conduct audits and implement strategies to minimize exposure.
*Organize frequent reviews, compile documentation necessary for successful compliance across the infrastructure and helpdesk teams.
*Identify areas of improvements and design, plan and implement processes to resolve.
*Hold training sessions focusing on compliance and process adherence.
*Identify risks and report to senior management.
Desired Qualifications
*Degree in a computer related field preferred or significant experience in lieu of a degree with certifications required. *PMP Certified *ITIL Foundation Certified *Quality management/Six Sigma experience would be an added advantage *Experience in services industry would be added advantage *Excellent Communication Skills - Verbal and written *Strong documentation skills
