| | Manage an IT service-desk team providing technical support for US clients
Ensure people are motivated to exhibit the best of their potential
Address team concerns in acceptable time frame
Manage and control attrition
Skill enhancement & personality development of team members
Task delegation and growth plans It's a semi-technical blended process.
Process Management
Regular analysis of data to ensure delivery within SLAs
Share regular dashboards with management and mitigation plan for items that need attention
Staffing & Availability basis interactions forecast
Highlight resource requirement in time and recruiting the same
Track training and skilling of people to ensure skill availability at all times
Supervise support staff and maintain a regular checklist of their deliverables
Innovation & Learning to enrich service delivery
Identify and fix process gaps time to time
Client Management
Ensure regular coordination with client
Share statistics with client on regular basis
Participate in daily/weekly/monthly calls and implement the agreed action items
Understand static and dynamic requirements of client and make adjustments to delivery plans accordingly
Highlight possible risks and issues and follow up till closure
