Experience required for the Job: 7 - 12 years Annual Salary of the Job: 1.00 - 15.00 Lacs Job Location: Chennai Apply Now    Reply Dear Oracle Apps Jobs, Strong skills in Functional Development of Oracle Apps HRMS Module, Payroll, SSHR, OLM , OTL, PMS and Taleo Recruitment. • Strong proficiency in problem solving, initiative taking, time management and continuous skill enhancement with good leadership abilities. • Well versed with AIM methodology, project documentations RD050s, RD080, BP080, BR100. • Preparing high level and detail Functional designs (MD050) for Reporting and Customized Objects. • Well experienced in creating Test Plans, Test Cases /TE-40’s • Possess excellent managerial, communication & presentation skills • Experience in Rollouts such as Configuration / Validation of HRMS modules setups in test & production instances. • Technical competency (preparing SQLs, basic drilldown to tables, queries, etc) in TOAD & minimal dependency on tech team (this would only be for hard core coding / reports / forms); else on a functional perspective, able to work independently. • Excellent client convincing communicative skills for issues / requirements / enhancements.
