Job Description 1. Build Expertise in the available Stingray Library of Functions, Procedures and Classes / Methods 2. Responsible for translating Business Requirement documentation into fully functional web applications leveraging the existing library through Customization and New Development as required. 3. Take Ownership for Solution Design/Architecture, Development and Maintenance of the Stingray Implementation for specific customer 4. Estimates effort and timelines 5. Manage priorities and tasks according to implementation/maintenance plans. 6. Manage a team of 4-8 developers 7. Take responsibility for Skill-building in the assigned team Job Requirements: 1. B.E / MCA or equivalent from a reputed College 2. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience. 3. Prior Experience in Application and Database design for Web-based Transaction-Processing Applications (OLTP) in Finance, Insurance, Telecom or Retail domains. Candidates with US P&C Experience are preferred. 4. Strong Experience in Complex queries and Stored Procedures (T-SQL) or PLSQL 5. Experience in using JavaScript (jQuery), AJAX, HTML, and CSS to build Web Front-End for the Transaction System. 6. End to End Implementation/Development Experience in at least 2 projects 7.
