Who are we looking for?
A business analyst with experience in EBS domain. Candidate should have demonstrated competencies in the following supply chain areas: ASCP, ENG, OPM, Oracle Manufacturing Costing, Procurement, WIP, BOM, MRP, Discreet Manufacturing, INV, Shipping, Pricing is a plus. Experienced in playing the role of Business Analyst in similar engagements.
Technical Skills:
• Passion for consulting and supporting client high-performance teams combined with knowledge and track record for conducting strategic sessions with clients.
• Proven track record of driving business results through Oracle Supply Chain applications.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to effectively interact, influence and coach senior management.
• Demonstrated knowledge of applicable Oracle modules related to Supply Chain.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
• Prior experience consulting client teams.
• Exceptional interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills, with the ability to diplomatically manage client relationships.
• Ability to exercise proper judgment in maintaining confidentiality, as well as in providing appropriate responses to client requests.
• Track record for exceeding expectations and striving for excellence.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
• Vision and ability to think ahead, anticipate consequences and future needs, and plan accordingly.
• Initiative and willingness to learn, to engage, and to drive continuous improvement.
• Strong skills in systems, on-line tools Metalink and SharePoint.
• Major exposure towards Configurator , ASCP, Pricing, Quoting and EDI
Process Skills:
• Requirements gathering and documentation using AIM / OUM or other prescribed methodologies
• Maintenance and enhancements to existing Oracle EBS Supply Chain modules like Purchasing, Order management, inventory and I- Procurement
• Participate in design reviews and discussions
• Map client requirements against Oracle EBS EBS Supply Chain modules like Purchasing, Order management, inventory and I- Procurement
• Should be able to interpret functional requirements from onsite and able to deliver and design it from offshore
• Design module specific solution in the context of the integrated Oracle Fusion
• Capable of handling Solution Design / Functional Fit- Gap / Training/ Testing sessions
• Assist business user during CRPs/ SITs/ UATs
• Prepare quality deliverables
• Prepare test scripts and test cases
• Conduct trainings
• Prepare quality deliverables
Behavioral Skills:
• Resolve technical issues of projects and Explore alternate designs
• Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
• Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
• Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
Qualification:
• Somebody who has at least 8+ years of work experience in ERP/CRM applications.
• Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college
