The Oracle Cloud/Fusion HCM Functional Consultant will focus on managing and implementing Oracle Cloud/Fusion HCM track on client engagements, defining functional designs for associated products, defining a scope of effort required to implement any aspect of the Oracle HCM Modules. Provide functional Oracle HCM or Oracle Cloud/Fusion HCM guidance to client regarding “industry leading practices†and the functionality of the E-Business Suite software or Cloud /Fusion HCM modules and any relative solution design, business process analysis, and system integration. Create and maintain effective client relationships. Participate in, and support, profitable business development.This position supports a national practice and travel will be required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Adept at determining requirements by interviewing client personnel, reviewing documentation and facilitating working sessions.
• Adept at creating business process models based on the requirements.
• Adept at mapping industry trends and best practices to the client's unique requirements and processes to determine applicable fit.
• Capable of defining, architecting and re-engineering business processes.
• Able to present solutions described above to senior client management via whiteboard and PowerPoint.
• Knowledgeable about the Oracle applications functionality, tools, templates and method and able to setup the system to meet the desired business process and requirements.
• Adept at working with clients to develop testing scenarios and test scripts and leading teams in unit, integration and acceptance testing.
• This candidate should be a strong leader as they will be required to lead the human resources track during project implementations.
