We are now hiring for “Automation Specialist†role.
Job location : Bangalore
Experience range : 10 to 15 yrs
The Business Process Automation Specialists will enhance business productivity through automating manual and data intensive business processes and setup analytical and reporting framework. They will help generate insights through timely, accurate and actionable data delivered to internal customers, allowing quick business decisions to be made. They will work with regional sales, finance, operations and the global Information Management team to setup tools and platforms that meet regional reporting needs.
Key responsibilities:
• Independently develops solutions for a project, including managing complex issues, by applying in-depth business process and industry knowledge.
• Interprets data received from more junior individual contributors and develops recommendations that optimize performance.
• Leads cross-functional project teams, providing mentoring and guidance.
• Owns strategic sales operations projects from planning through to execution and provides findings resulting from project execution.
• Consults with business leaders on a wide range of system and process issues.
• Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
• Defining the data that will be used by the organization, how that data will be consumed and managed
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues
• Communicating new and changed business requirements to individuals who may be impacted
Knowledge and Skills:
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of Object oriented programming; NET framework (Visual Studio, VB.NET, C, HTML, JavaScript)
• Strong knowledge of Data managements in Microsoft SQL Server (Schemas, Stored procedures, DTS)
• Good understanding of Microsoft Analytical and Reporting Tools (SSAS, Power BI)
• Extensive knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and high-level modeling tools
• Knack for writing clean, readable, and easily maintainable code
• Strong business acumen and technical knowledge across multiple business units, with an understanding of emerging trends
• Excellent team and project management skills, including project structuring.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Education and Experience Required:
• First level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred.
• Typically 6-10 years of experience in a Business IT/Operations function
