Job Description:
The program manager will be responsible to manage coordination with Brokers, CS
functional teams, Legal, Tax, EI and REM.
Program manager will report to the Real Estate Transactions Head for India, Australia and
SE Asia.
Primary Functions, Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Work with internal and external teams on information gathering to support Real
Estate Strategies and Transactions
2. Program manage the Real estate transaction life-cycle from initiation till site go-live
and on-going landlord relationship
3. Meeting coordination, capturing minutes and circulation
4. Coordination and follow ups with stakeholders
5. Tracking the milestones and bringing it to closure
6. Compiling requirements to define the scope of works for brokers
7. Coordinate with Lease Administration teams
8. Coordinate with Landlord teams to assist information flow with internal stakeholders
and Landlord
9. Manage, upload document versions on common drives, share points
10.Support the budgeting process with required information
11.Keep PPM records updated with approvals and READS
12. Prepare documents for the approved lease execution process.

etc
_ CS Property Operations e.g. CAM scope etc

_ Security requirements e.g. Parameter security, CCTV coverage, access
controls etc

_ Ground Transport deployment requirements

Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business
Around 10 years working experience in Real Estate transaction management
PMP certified will be preferred
Good knowledge of Real estate transaction management processes
Written and oral communication skills, leadership, ability to work in a team, attention to detail, organizational, multi-tasking, and working well under pressure.
