Skills & Experience:  Must have minimum of 8-10 years of hands-on experience on Oracle EBS (E-Business Suite) in implementation of projects.  Should have excellent functional knowledge and hands-on experience on Oracle EBS R12 with exposure to full life cycle implementation.  Thorough knowledge of below modules: Oracle General Ledger, Oracle Sub ledger Accounting and Oracle E-Business Tax (GST), Oracle Payables, Oracle Fixed Assets, Oracle Receivables, Open Interfaces, Oracle Applications Architecture, E-Business Suite Navigation.  Experienced in understanding business requirements; transform that into functional design documents.  Must have excellent communication skills (written and oral).  A self-driven person with strong drive & motivation.  Defining Oracle ERP Finance Functional consultant learning paths for employees in various experience levels.  Designing the curriculum and curation of the content as necessary.  Delivery of training programs in Classroom, WebEx formats.  Liaison with delivery teams to understand training needs every quarter.  Evaluation of training outcomes and giving feedback to employees.  Passion for sharing knowledge and interacting with people.
