Must have direct client interaction experience. End to End Implementation experience as Functional Consultant / Track Lead. Should have worked on and have in-depth knowledge in at-least two of the SCM modules incl. Procurement, Inventory & costing, Order Management, Manufacturing and/or Planning. Oracle Fusion implementation experience would be an added advantage. Excellent communication & documentation skills; Ready to travel & relocate. For Finance Module The responsibilities of the role include : End to End Implementations, including requirement gathering, configuration, CRP / Prototype, Training, Data Migration and Documentation. - Minimum 4 modules out of AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, Expenses, Intercompany, Tax, SLA. - Good Accounting skills CA or MBA (Finance) if possible - Min 2 End to end implementations experience - Worked on Integrations - India Client Implementation experience - Client facing capability and Hands on, problem solving, solution design capabilities - Willing to travel and work from client locations. For HCM Module The responsibilities of the role include : Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Modules Should have at least 2 Implementation Experiences as a Functional Consultant. Must have a strong track record of delivering Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, including extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis, requirement definition, and solution design. Analyze, design, and configure fully automated processes in Oracle Fusion HCM.
