- Must have experience of 4 or more life cycle implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
- Must have a strong track record of delivering Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis, requirement definition and solution design
- A strong understanding of best practices across different HR business processes, cross-pillar dependencies, and related application functionalities.
- Must have experience working on all phases of the project client demos/ workshops, Requirement gathering, analysis/ design, configuration, conducting CRPs, validate, transition, testing & UAT, cut over, go-live and support.
- Good communication skills and prior experience on client facing roles.
- Committed to meet Project Deadlines and deliver Quality outcomes
Candidate has to be strong in any one of the following skill sets: - Oracle-LMS: Learning Management System, LMS, HCM, Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Oracle-Compensation & Benefits: Transformation, HCM, Compensation, Workforce Compensation, Configure, HCM Cloud, fast formulas, Benefits.
- Oracle-ORC: Transformation, HCM, ORC, Oracle Recruiting Cloud, recruiting ,onboarding ,Requirement gathering, configuration, conducting CRPs, validate, transition, testing, go-live ,support
- Oracle-OTL & Absence: implementations ,OTL ,Absence ,HCM, Oracle, implementations ,Oracle Cloud HCM, Oracle Time and Labor.
