HRMS implementation consultant who has very sharp knowledge on end-to-end implementation activity of HRMS/HRIS/HCM and builds strong relationships with our clients and product team.
Job Description:
1. Complete ownership (end to end) of Digital HRMS Implementation for clients in both OnCloud (Azure) & on Premise (Client Server) offered modes within the set timeline.
2. Polished, Pro-Active & Effective Communication to manage, set & re-set Client Expectations, Escalations etc with data & impact of various events & delays.
3. Understand and Analyze clients? requirements and design solutions covering various functional scenarios.
4. Able to handle AS-IS configurations of all the modules of HRMS like Core HR, Recruitment, Onboarding, separation, Leave and Attendance, Performance Management, LMS, Travel and expenses modules etc. independently.
5. Proactively work with client and wherever required be aggressive in follow-ups to get all the required data for the implementation.
6. Prepare blueprint documents, functional specifications in the Business process mapping stage and assist with the complete solution to the client for client-specific use cases.
7. Coordinate with the Development team and superiors to define any change request from the client and solution for the client-specific use case.
8. Guide the client through the change management process and managing both internal and external expectations.
9. Work aggressively with development team to get the timeline for client given change requests and publish the same with all the stake holders (including but not limited to Client & Sales). Also timely follow up with development team or other parties until closure.
10. Provide support to the client throughout the Implementation and Post Go-live support phase (before handing over to the Customer support team)
11. Ability to Identify Gaps & Patterns, Innovate and Design Solutions to complete the Implementation to the client satisfaction.
12. Timely (weekly and/or stage wise) publish report to provide updates about implementation progress to all the stake holders (including but not limited to Client & Sales).
13. Proactively report the problems/challenges to superior and escalate to the Development team and third parties as applicable.
14. Plan and lead meetings and working sessions effectively with both client and product development teams.
15. Provide Key User Training and support customer to ensure & receive client sign-offs (UAT & Go-Live sign-off) as per implementation plan.
16. Post implementations share the documentation to handover the account to Customer support team and arrange go live sign off meeting with all the stake holders (including but not limited to Client & Sales).
